Karmic Kale Salad with Tahini Garlic Dressing

Kale is high in minerals ( mainly iron and magnesium) which help keep your body healthy, strong and glowing.


  • 1 bunch kale stemmed and very thinly sliced
  • 1/2 red bell pepper finely diced
  • 2 organic carrots peeled and shredded
  • 1 gold beet peeled and shredded
  • 1/2 cup hemp seeds

Tahini Garlic Dressing

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano


  1. In a large bowl, combine the kale, bell pepper, carrots, beets, and hemp seeds.

  2. Combine the dressing ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.

  3. Pour the desired amount of dressing over the salad and toss well. Store any remaining dressing in a airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week
